Enjoyed a fabulous dinner and great company last night with Dorothy and Virgil.

Today has been a thoroughly rainy day from daybreak to present. However, we’ve replenished a couple of supplies, refueled the boat and are prepared to push off for Green Bay tomorrow morning. My sister reports our mother is failing quickly and we need to be there. Unfortunately, today was not the day to push on due to low visibility and steady rains. Tomorrow is to clear out but with strong southerly winds pushing up the Bay of Green Bay. We’ve pre-coordinated the marina and ground transportation so we can drive to Appleton as quickly as we can. Other family members are coming into Appleton, too. So it will be an early night tonight and an early day tomorrow. Stay tuned.
