A 120 mile day today! It was tough getting moving this AM after a nice day in Hampton. Last night we saw fireworks from 360’! Never have I been in the middle of continuous fireworks. It was fun watching it from the bow of the boat. The ride to Ocean City was without incident. Again the ocean was ours once we cleared the Chesapeake Bay inlet. Ocean City inlet was busy with people drift fishing in the shipping channel, recreational boaters zipping around, and commercial power boaters throwing large wakes into it all! If the waterway looks like a carny, I wonder what the boardwalk holds for us!

We need to get an early start tomorrow to get into Atlantic City before the weather front comes through. Forecasters are saying low temps will be 60’ after the front passes. Haven’t seen those temps since Panama City. We are still experiencing temps in the mid 90’s daytime and upper 70’s - low 80’s at night. A/C’s run 24/7.
