My, what a stretch of sunny days! Warm days (low 70’s) and cool nights (upper 40’s) and no humidity! We are learning why people come here. Yesterday we walked to the rental car company and introduced ourselves. It was about a 4-5 mile walk just past the airport. Guy who owns the rental company said he’d drop the car off sometime today and leave the keys in the ignition! We’ll settle up on on the charges come Monday or Tuesday - no worries! After dinner I’ll have to check and see if I can find the car. No one here takes the keys out of the ignition!! I love it!

Today we took on fuel, pumped out and took a little cruise around some of the islands one of Drummond. Nice cruise, saw fish dotting our depth sounder and paid close attention to the depth sounder and navigational charts. Water temp was 65’!

Met a nice couple from Elk Rapids, MI traveling in a beautiful Sabre trawler last night.

We’ll have an early dinner, watch a little TV, and go to bed early tonight since we have to get out on the road to Petoskey fairly early tomorrow.
