John and Angela picked us up this AM and took us for a tour of Whitefish Bay, west of Sault Ste. Marie. A drive along the shoreline highway took us through the town of Brimley then to the most southern portion of Whitefish Bay. On our way back to town we visited the Bay Mills Indian Reservation where a Pow Wow was taking place. It was fascinating watching native dancers in full regalia.

Our take away of Whitefish Bay is that it is huge! It is the largest bay I’ve seen thus far. Take a look at the pictures I’ve posted.

Tomorrow is Canada Day. We’re told all of Canada shuts down for this celebration. We should have a front row seat for their fireworks display. Weather has been beautiful! In fact, it got cold last night - about 49’! Really no need to run a/c.
