Woke up to thunderstorms and it’s been a rainy, dreary and cloudy day all along. We decided to stay at Grand Harbor today and do some boat and laundry chores. Tomorrow’s weather is to be clear and sunny with a high in the upper 70’s! This will be a welcome change from the summer like temps of the upper 80’s to mid 90’s. In fact we’ve turned off the a/c and are wearing sweatshirts, the first time since leaving Chicago.

Tomorrow we move over to Joe Wheeler State Park in Rogersville, AL, then Goose Pond Marina in Scottsboro, AL, then ChattaVegas on Thursday. Although we’ve celebrated our first wake crossing we’ve decided not to change the burgee until we get to home port and celebrate appropriately with a bottle of champagne!
